Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Khaled Alkhaldi ("we", "us"), who runs Puzzlyland (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Puzzlyland

You can play as a guest. To make an account or buy anything you must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it (in parts of Europe the age for agreeing to online services without a parent is up to 16). If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you and should make any purchase. Puzzlyland is a general-audience game site and is not aimed at children under 13.

2. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
• Display names must not be offensive, misleading, or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a name that breaks this.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Playing fair

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, modified clients or anything else that plays or completes levels for you, or that gets around the daily level limit;
• exploit bugs to gain 🧩 Pieces, items or levels (please report bugs to us instead);
• attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the Service or other players' accounts;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

If you do, we may remove Pieces or items gained that way, reset progress, or suspend or close your account. Where the law allows, no refund is due when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

4. Free play, daily limits and ads

Puzzlyland is free to play with a daily limit on levels per game. Free players see advertising, including banners and short video ads between levels. We may change the games, limits, rewards and features over time.

5. Purchases: VIP and Remove Ads

• Who sells them. Purchases are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record: they take the payment, charge any sales tax or VAT, and issue your receipt. Their buyer terms also apply to the payment.
• What you get. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes ads from your account. VIP gives the benefits shown on the VIP page (including no ads, unlimited daily levels and extra rewards) for the period you buy.
• Passes and subscriptions. A VIP pass is paid once and ends by itself. If you tick "Renew automatically", VIP is a subscription: you are charged again at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your Account page ("Manage billing"); you keep VIP until the end of the period you have paid for. If we ever change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before the next renewal.
• Your account, not the email you pay with. A purchase is added to the account you were signed in with when you bought it.
• Purchases are licences to use features of the Service. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. 🧩 Pieces and shop items

Pieces are a game currency you earn by playing. They can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money, have no value outside the Service, and are not your property. Items you get with Pieces are a licence to use them in the Service. We may change prices, rewards or items, and may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug or abuse. If the Service closes, Pieces and items end with it.

7. Our content

The games, puzzles, artwork, sounds, text and code of Puzzlyland belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal entertainment. Don't copy, resell or republish it. Some parts are used under licence; see Credits.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may sometimes be unavailable, have bugs or lose data. We may change or stop parts of it. If we close the Service for good, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any active paid VIP period.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, progress or Pieces, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by agreement.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if the law requires it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will show a notice on the site or email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country you live in. Before going to court, please contact us: most problems can be fixed quickly.
